MAD MAX INTERCEPTOR

FINAL PRESENTATION

For this project, I wanted to test my skills a create a vehicle, an icon, no less. I chose the Mad Max Interceptor because I love the movies and the feel of this car. Above is the final result. I create the mesh, materials, and render. The music is sourced from the films.

PROCESS - TOPOLOGY

Looking back on it, I'm frustrated that I didn't take a lot of in-progress captures of my work. I began with a fundamental block out, then slowly worked in significant details, small details, and finished with things like the tanks in the back and the wheels. I think it would have been fun to see all that.

I also which I spent more time with the geometry. I think it is okay, but at the time, I was pressed to complete the model and didn't take my time making sure the geometry was as clean as possible, which is a staple of my workflow now.
